  at first I was impressed with the service, The 1st tech was great, however they double charged me for services. I left a messages about my daughter being in the hospital and not to come out more than 24hrs before my appointment, the next day the tech called and left a message and said he was running late I called me him back and left a message that my daughter was in the hospital and I canceled the appointment the day before. now they are sending bills for over $100 for doing nothing.
